Social Prescribing Day – 14th March 2024 #SocialPrescribingDay
Social Prescribing Day is an annual celebration of the people, organisations and communities who make social prescribing happen. Since 2019, thousands of local and national organisations, link workers, medical professionals, academics and students have taken part across the country.

This may include:
- Increasing your social circle
- Activities with others/walking/crafts/coffee mornings
- You may be a carer for a family member.
- You may need help navigating benefits.

Together we will be able to:
Explore what is important for your wellbeing, Identify the local activities and services you can benefit from. Gain support and encouragement to start using the services that can help you.
