My name Deb Coleman, I am the Social Prescriber at Elm Tree Surgery

• I am trying to help with the general wellbeing of patients at Elm Tree surgery and part of my role is: ‘Green Social Prescribing.’
• Did you know that just 10 minutes in a green space has a positive impact on our general wellbeing.

My plan is to have a space for patients and/or carers to:

• Garden

• Grow veg plants

• Sit in the sensory garden section

• Enjoy being outside in a green space for general wellbeing.
